With the hope of making 2013 a decent year for me and for many others like me I have multiple plans for 2013. It’s great to see many people are coming with great ideas and goals for 2013. It was good read about Spencer’s goal for 2013 as he’ll be sharing two public niche sites this year which I definitely think would be an excited project to follow ! Justin and Joe from adsenseflippers.com also shared their plan for 2013 which was interesting. So as I look back at the past year I can see lots of great things happened for me. I was able to earn $23,645 last year which is almost $2000/month! Umm..not bad, specially after not having any business of my own
!
All of this income came from oDesk alone and by working for other people as VA. I formed a SEO team at the beginning of the year and trained them to assist me in various activities. You can check my oDesk profile here.
Throughout the year we (Me and my team) have experienced lots of Google dances and had a hard time to survive as many of my client’s websites were hit by the Google updates. Anyways, we were true warriors and were able to fight back at the latter half of the year. It was not a complete success by the way.
I also tried to build a business of my own and put up few websites monetized by adsense. Unfortunately, All of them were wiped away by EMD update . But I never gave up and decided to take a different approach this year. It’s time to grow your business Anisul !!
So here comes my plan for 2013:
01. Test different business strategies and income streams:
When I say this don’t consider me as some average joe who just learned how to walk
Like I said , I have done my homework well and was taught a good lesson in 2012 while approaching for various business strategies. I purchased a lot of WSOs which took me nowhere but to some other so called OTOs (Which I hate most). I was very excited to know that Josh and Trevor from wsotesters.com was about to test some WSOs from WF and report their findings back. But later they have shifted their strategy to niche sites.
Anyways, this year I want to take this bold move and go test some WSOs myself. When I say bold I mean it
I know the risks involved in this process and the time and effort it will take. When I say “test” I really mean it . I will make another post on this soon. However, I have few WSOs in the pipeline which I personally liked. So my primary goal for this year is to test at least few good WSOs and see where and how it ends. I have a team so hopefully we would be able to speed up the process!
02. Build a Business Independent of Google:
Sounds interesting? Yeah I feel the same! What I mean by this is I want to build a business that will not completely rely on Google for the income but will have other income streams. It’s true that there’s hardly any online business that doesn’t depend on Google to some extent. So my goal would be to build few niche sites at the latter half of the year or earlier that will not rely completely on Google. I will try to build a traffic source from social media and employ things like selling my own products, list building etc. As always, I will share that here on my blog too.
03. Extend my SEO business and start a company:
As I said I have a team of SEO people whom I personally trained to help me in various seo activities. We were loaded with orders from clients and had to deal with many big companies. Currently most of my team members are my neighboring friends; I have few well trained overseas writers as well. The best part of our work was we delivered results which helped me to get more clients. I knew exactly where the problems were and how frustrating it is to find right people for the work. So In 2013, I have a goal to extend this business further and start a company of my own.
I am really excited and charged up to start the year with a fresh mind
Hope this would be a great year for all of us!
I would definitely love to hear from you. Specially please let me know what you think about my Goals. Does it interest you? Help me to keep my motivation up with all your sweet comments

This is awesome, much better than reviews. I will get to know if the WSO actually works or if it is just rehashed garbage. I’ll be following this very closely. Thanks for having the courage to do this!
